Wednesday and Thursday of this week we read Me and My Dragon by David Biedrzycki for Story Time and Toddler Time. We just loved this adorable tale about a little boy who chooses a dragon for his pet! This book was so much fun to read and had beautiful illustrations. The book Me and My Dragon is available to be checked out at the library today!
After our story on Wednesday we made fire breathing dragon crafts like these we found on onelittleproject.com.
On Thursday, each toddler decorated a colorful strip of paper. At the end of Toddler Time we put all the strips together to create a magnificent dragon to hang in the library!
Next week at Story Time and Toddler Time we will be learning about the life cycle of butterflies! Story Time is every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. for ages 3-6, and Toddler Time is every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. for ages 0-3. We hope you can join us!
